Ordered 2 antler kits, plus shipping of $23.69. Without any notice, they only shipped 1 and still charged the full shipping. Contacted customer service and was told it would be 3-4 weeks for the other and shipping would again be $23.69, she suggested I try Amazon!!

The versa tool is a great, inexpensive little burner, but the temperature control is on the cord about a foot from the tool. It catches on your piece and the weight of it doesn't allow for a steady hand while working.
Very timely and stand behind their products.
