Out of all the mobile home parks, this area is by far the greatest and cleanest I've ever seen I highly recommend this place for those looking to have a friendly and family oriented park. The neighborhood is quiet and wonderful, the town is great. This location is a must live in!
I've lived here 20+ years and never had a problem. If you follow the stated rules, you have no problem. If you break the rules you will be asked to leave. It's a private park and they set rules to make it better for everyone, not just a few. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good clean, safe place to stay.
Walnut Hills is a great place to live. We are very happy our choice to call it home.

Park is very nice. But owner Holly Adkins is a controller. If you plan to stay short time and pay by month she wants to pull your credit and drop your score for 2 month stay. I wouldn't do it. So I just paid the 200 weekly. Paid first week, paid second week, then received call wanted me to vacate. Refused to give me a reason for she has none. If she would of been probably fabricated.
