Ed is rude and publicly humiliated me, just because I asked for invoice of $75 for his diagnostic work. Never again use his smog test service.
Being open during the hours posted is important. If you are not open and I come there when you say you are open, my time has been wasted.
Very bad person! Lie to you over the phone for a 40 dollar smog check, when you arrive, price increase! Ta-Da! Is okay if you tell me 60 bucks on the phone, but not okay when you say 40 on the phone then 60 when I arrive. Well... just a smog check, I hope you enjoy life making money this way :-)
