I'm in recovery and there is a lot of drug users here. And lots of bed bugs from Baird motel
Maintenance and managers are friendly and always ready to help if can. It's clean, mowed and a good place to live
If I could go negative on stars I would. This place has the worst management EVER. If your looking to buy meth in Baird go to Walnut Hills! It's a dope heads Oasis. Grass is cut (if you want to call it cut) Every other month if that. Trash is EVERYWHERE! By the time you move in you will have met about 2 new property managers, and half the time they have no clue what their job is. Have a maintenance issue?
