The maintenance crew is amazing
Year's ago Walnut Grove was a great place to live for seniors (and affordable). Now they want 10x the amount of what the units are worth. I just came from a open house and could not believe what they want for a two bedroom stand alone (I thought this was Government regulated) Am I Wrong?
This is a 55 + mutual housing association.
Great space. Everything you need in one spot. very clean kind of home - like to feel to it! And I remember just trying to find a sweet spot with the heating because either was too warm or too cold. But I'm glad it was working.
