I picked up last minute shift here back in January. The weather was terrible it was snowing and I still managed to show up on time . Now for some reason this place decides to DNR me for absolutely no reason. What a joke. Your own staff wouldn’t even show up and you have the nerve to DNR and for no reason at all I did my job I went above and beyond. Now I will be calling state for neglecting those residents. Your suppose to watch the resident take the medication they just leave it anyone can do whatever
i am absolutely appalled by the conditions at this facility. contrary to the misleading positive reviews, this is by far one of the worst places — both to work at and to bring your family. management is completely inept and incapable of maintaining consistent leadership or accountability. staff, largely made up of entitled and unprofessional individuals, behave as if they’re above responsibility. The staff is friendly, the management is excellent and it has amazing employees. The food the cooks make is healthy and well balanced. Great events and activities for the residents to enjoy, and everyone treats each other like family.
I absolutely love this place. The staff is very compassionate and kind towards the residents which is something I haven't seen a lot at other facilities. Staff and management actually take time to talk to residents and get to know them. It's a very peaceful environment. Residents love participating in the very fun activities and crafts planned and watching the abundance of wildlife right outside their windows. I highly recommend.
