What a wonderful establishment full of caring staff who treat their residents with love and respect. From the owners, management, activities, caregivers, cooks and housekeepers, they all put the residents first!
From my personal experience here at The Grove, I have been an employee here for many years and the owners have always cared and went above and beyond for their residents as well as their staff. I am very familiar with The Grove. They are wonderful with not only the residents but with their staff as well. I speak on my behalf as a current employee for many many years. This family has always gone above and beyond for their employees. Their good communication and relationship with residents family members is very important to them!! I looked far and wide when searching for the right home for my parents. And I call The Grove a home and not a facility, because that's how it feels to my parents. They are happy, well cared for and we couldn't be more pleased. It's bright, clean and keeps them active. I'd highly recommend the Grove as a caring, well run, lovely home for your family member!
