I went to that office for the first time on 12/30/2024 because a cracked molar. The receptionist, an older woman, gave me a hug which it is inappropriate. The dentist took more than two hours to extract the tooth. It was very painful. The next visit was on 01/15/2025 for a follow up. But the doctor started working on another tooth which specifically I stated last December that I didn't want to use the insurance allowance for something that it's not urgent. I was pleased with all aspects of the service provided. Quick appointments available and state of art procedures.
They have the worse secretary she will lie to your insurance company and to your self about missed appointments. Then will send you a $300.00 bill in the mail one for me and one for my husband with a total of $600.00. Which we both are on Medcaid they can’t charge you for a missed appointment period. But then on top of it she said I missed multiple and I have only been there one time so how is that possible. Thank goodness Medicaid fixed it and warned her about making false charges.
