I deleted my previous review to update. I give Walnut Creek Vet in Springtown the lowest rating for 2 reasons: First, Dr. Barone misdiagnosed and mistreated my elder Lhasa, Omar. Omar had an eye infection in his right eye but Barone prescribed an ointment for dry eye! (He had tested Omar repeatedly for dry eye on prior visit(s) and the result was negative.) I brought my dog here for a second opinion, and it was the best decision I could have made. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely invested in their patients' well-being. The vet took the time to explain everything in detail, leaving me with a clear treatment plan and full peace of mind regarding my dog's health. I am so grateful to the entire team at Walnut Creek!
I am so thankful for walnut creek vet hospital, I have an old 13 yr cat Daiseydan he's very sick, and when other vets couldn't help Walnut creek step up to help with meds and I am so very thankful they are there for Daiseydan. Highly recommend, friendly staff and Dr. Bauer very helpful
I brought my Golden Retriever in for a second opinion after our previous vet completely missed an obvious cancer diagnosis. The team here was incredibly kind and compassionate.
