My boys have been seeing Erin for 4 years now and I have so much adoration and respect for her. She is so approachable and gives such a laid back environment for anyone. She has never made me believe she's judging us in any way, goes out of her way to discuss urgent situations and adjust medication accordingly, and makes difficult dynamics as smooth as possible. I appreciate your dedication and value our rapport

I went to Walnut Creek with high expectations, mainly for Genesight testing. Testing was completed but results were never given or presented to me, despite the fact that I was told that they would present them "at my next appointment". During the 4+ weeks I was a patient at this clinic, my mental health spiraled out of control due to changes made to my medication which were not requested by me. My experience has been nothing short of wonderful. My PA, Alaina, has been incredibly understanding and compassionate, far beyond the typical patient-provider sort of dynamic. She takes the time to ask thoughtful and relevant questions, and our appointments feel like a conversation with both a professional and a supportive friend. Waukee is quite a drive for me, and with the demands of school and work, finding time to come in can be difficult. Having the option for telehealth has been truly invaluable. While the quality of care and the patient experience with the doctor is excellent, I particularly appreciate the environment that allows my daughter to feel safe and speak freely, I have serious concerns about the front office management and communication processes. The primary issue is the apparent disconnect in coordination between the front office and the doctors.
