7/15/26 UPDATE: still have not received a call back or itemized statement or any communication regarding the payment I have made. The provider was friendly, welcoming, and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the practice was disappointing. Good service by the psychiatrists and therapists themselves but the admin staff leave a lot to be desired. Even with many changes to the staff. I do understand they are busy with large volumes but communication is inconsistent. I find myself having to leave voicemails and be glued to my phone and ready to answer right away or I will have to call again to n order to get my problem or question resolved. This clinic is so frustrating to communicate with. Did not do their job timely sending out referrals for our child to get help (literally- took Months and lots of messages to remind them to do their job so We could get therapy ). Then first Statement received is 6+ months later, not detailed , and took too many many calls to get a vague explanation .
