My grandmother's experience at this facility has been very frustrating. The woman who works in the kitchen, Mickey, is very mean-spirited, and my grandma has found this lady’s hair in her food. Please evaluate the people you are hiring at this establishment; it is unacceptable.
A wonderful place to put someone you love if you need them to die quickly from falling on uncleaned floors or just no care at all.
Sitting in the lobby. Staff is currently conspiring to help their coworker avoid service of a subpoena. The lady at the desk is calling out the security code.
It's a beautiful place, but it's like all nursing homes. Understaffed , they don't bring my sister her meds on time it's crazy.
I strongly recommend that if you have loved ones at Walnut Creek. Get them moved out of this place immediately!
