Recently had some sewer issues.......Sandra got the plumbing people on top of it quickly. *UPDATE* Still having lumbing issues after the 1st fix. Spoke with Sandra directly today and the plumbing team will be back out. Sandra has been professional and business like with me 100%. She may not be in the office but she is available over the phone and handles business very well. I have had to contact the office twice and each time I have been able to reach Sandra and get things moving.

Nice quiet place to live. No problems until you want to get ahold of a property manager. For some reason there is severe problems with trying to maintain a property manager for this location. Since I have lived here they have been through 3 office managers and none of them have been consistently available in the office, and never seem to answer phone numbers provided.
