Upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly smile, welcomed, and asked how I was doing. All staff introduced themselves, let me know their role in my care, and let me know to please ask if I had any questions. Everyone made me feel at ease and cared for. All my questions were answered and appropriate referrals were made as Dr Sayegh felt necessary.

I have a horrible history of dental procedures, and terrible anxiety. When it became apparent that I needed a root canal, I would've rather been anywhere else but in the chair in Dr. Dadvand's office. I was not the easiest client, but if I have to do another root canal, I will go back to Dr. Dadvand. Dr. Dadvand was professional, informative, fast and thorough. My root canal went great. It was my third one, first in 20 years, and the smoothest. I wanted to know what was happening at each of the four or five stages of a root canal, and it was hard to ask because I had the contraption holding my mouth open, but I got the gist. All I felt was pressure and vibration, kind of like having a buzzing honeybee on a fingernail. The novacaine shots (three) were mild and I was glad to have them. Doctor Dadvand was great. No doubt the others are, too, but I had her.
