We moved here from TN in August of 2009. We found this property on Rent.com. To our findings, we arrived to a beautiful entry way and clubhouse. When we did see our apartment that they had chosen for us, it was terribile. The wooded view they speak of, is a forest, no sunlight. The appliances are 20 years old, the wood on our balcony was rotted from improper drainage, the walls are in terribile condition, the AC unit is 20 years old, they have refused to replace this, the so called amenities that the offer are all broken dow... read more
