Does not respond to refill requests. My girlfriend is on medication that slows her heartrate, and she also takes migraine medicine. Multiple pharmacist requests don’t get a response, and she has been left in terrible situations were she has migraines she cant do anything about, and for her blood pressure medicine, not taking it puts her at risk of a heart attack. I like Dr. Myers- very personable. The wait time has no improvement, it has been very long over 2 hrs wait. But what we don’t like the most is the rudeness of staff—MA named )April)- rude/no personality. She was taking temporal temp 2 inches away from my daughter’s head. I was not happy with this place. I ran into a lot of problems with this place so I decided to go with another doctor. I’ve been trying to get my records to go to my new doctor for months and I keep getting the runaround. The front desk person is not very nice and not impressed with her.
