Walnut Beach is an absolute gem, wonderful facility on the water and has very nice amenities (heated pool is especially nice). Even better, the staff are exceptional, Harleigh, Miranda and Cornelia model customer service and are genuinely friendly and care about the quality of your stay. This is a five star experience!!

The resort is a bit out of the center of Osoyoos and really its main advantage is the private beach. This is a very small beach though, with not enough umbrellas or chairs. The water gets dirty and smelly in this tiny section of the beach. Nothing the resort can change, but the boats and jet skis keep going back and forth non stop along the beach, which can get very annoying. I recently stayed at this Hotel. Not welcomed at front desk ,receptionist not sure what was going on,asked to wait 10 minutes and she would call, didn’t get a call. 30 minutes later we asked what was going on ,now 4.40. Room not clean, light bulbs not working, bath tub needs a good maintenance,TVNot working. I would say a 3 at the best .not Luxury not worth their $.
