Best doctors surgery. Whenever I've needed an appointment for either myself or my son, I've managed to get in the same day, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the doctor is amazing, he listens and takes time, there's no tapping on the computer whilst talking to you, or making you feel rushed, like I've had with previous doctors in places I've lived. It's a great surgery.

Absolutely fantastic GP's surgery. Highly recommend with a caring and very knowledgeable primary care doctor. I can always get an appointment and the reception team are always helpful. The practice is rated by CQC as good and I'm delighted to be a patient at this practice. Keep up the good work Dr Hussain and team.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this surgery. In my case, they failed to send my medication for two weeks, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. When I contacted the surgery for help, the staff I interacted with came across as dismissive and unhelpful, making the situation even more frustrating. I hope they seriously improve their communication and patient support, because no one should have to deal with delays like this—especially when it comes to essential medication.

The reception staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Dr Hussain is brilliant, I feel really listened to whenever I go and see him.

I have called in multiple times, today I rang in to have a blood test as it has been over a year. The rude receptionist told me that they are booked all week so it will be hard to get an appointment unless it’s a telephone one. Doctor Hussain who is highly disrespectful rang me and told me to buy over the shelf and not to over react about feeling nauseous and dizzy. I will be changing gp practice as they provide nothing but trouble for patients.
