I would like to leave negative feedback regarding Dr. Hussain’s behavior at this surgery. Whenever we ask him for medicine, even for our small children, he always responds by saying: “Go and pick it up from the shelf.” Most recently, my wife, who is pregnant, needed medicine. Whenever she calls, despite the language barrier, Dr. Hussain should at least try to understand that a patient is in need of proper medical advice and prescriptions. Honestly can’t fault this practice. Whenever I ring, even if not at 8am I’ve been able to get an appointment either the same day or week depending on who I need to see and why, though it can take a few attempts to get through due to how busy they are. I’ve been in several times where patients have walked in and requested appointments and been treated with kindness and respect. Never fail to get me in,called in for 3 different issues and was all sorted with no trouble whatsoever,including minor surgery and next day physio booked. Don’t believe all the reviews,and the receptionist are all 5 star. Thankyou for your time. David Hodgson.
