We mistakenly parked on the wrong side while visiting someone at the park house. We only realized this when we reached the main entrance. We kindly asked the concierge for assistance to get down to the car park to move our car to the right place, he was very rude and told us to wait because he was “busy.” After waiting a few minutes, I asked again, explaining that we simply needed help to move our car to the right place.
