They took great care of me. The Dr took was very thorough, and the Ladies that helped me were very patient. One of them even helped me pick out my glasses within my plan.
Very thorough eye exam!
Very thorough exam. Optometrist very knowledgeable and informative. Put at ease the minute you enter the area. Friendly and caring. I would tell all family and friends to consider utilizing this facility. Dr. And staff were great.
I have left three message at the Vision Department at the Liverpool, NY store and still waiting for a call back. Susan Krull
BEWARE BEFORE MAKING APPOINTMENT: My wife has glasses from here a year ago. Near sighted. Glasses worked fine. Decided this year to get contacts. Had an eye exam w contacts done. We had a follow up With them because she can see far and not close. Flipped the issue she was having. Prob wrong script? The female Dr didn't even conduct a second eye exam to find out the mistake. Said huh and sent us along our way with no solution. Claimed my wife might need a bi focal at 25 and to get a second opinion. Waste of $200. Never again.... read more
