Had the best at the vision center with Nisha. She knows her stuff! Very efficient and super nice.
Rebecka did an excellent job with my new prescription sunglasses. She took the time to measure exactly where the lines were to go compared to my old sunglasses and she made them perfect. Thank you again.
We stopped by today to see if they could tighten the screw on my husbands glasses. The staff there were extremely nice and helpful. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them!
Dr. Roman gave me a prescription that i could not see with. After the rushed exam was over it took 2 weeks to get my glasses. When i came in to pick up my new glasses and tried them on for the first time, i could not see very well and i told this to the vision center employee. She told me it would take time to get used to the new glasses, i agreed. I investigated and found that it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of week to get used to new glasses. I have been trying to make an appointment for the past month or so this place is horrible the doctor tech does not call you back to schedule and the people in the vision center just give you the number to call and of course no answers or calls you back when I finally went in to talk to the tech she was rude and nonchalant and said that I never called. The doctor is always on vacation...will never come back here and will not recommend. Get better staffing or scheduling online if your only there 2 days a week.
