I went to this location for an eye exam to purchase new contacts. My appointment was at nine in the morning. They were prompt and on time. The process is very streamlined and extremely professional. The doctor was very professional and super efficient. I was in and out of there quickly. I would highly recommend this location.
Great team, very informative, and overall experience! Bibi and her team really do their best to take care of every patient! Even when they get really busy, they take care of their patient in a timely manner! Frames and lenses are at affordable prices, great quality, and they works! Ask any question to the Optician and they will answer to the best of their knowledge! As long as you take proper care of your glasses, you won't have a problem with them! Will be returning in the future!
OK Customer Service, poor quality, glasses,-I asked the CSR before I left to fix my glasses -several times she tried But could not do it so I just walked away. they are loose and they will not close properly and they keep falling off my face -I Overpaid for plastic frames and then they try to charge me $200 for the lenses. I would really spend my money at a optical center and not here. I would definitely watch your receipt too because they’re charged me for a lens package which totaled 70 some dollars and that’ was optional.... read more
My experience at this stores vision center was amazing. Thanks to BIBi for her patience, understanding of her products and my special needs. I appreciate all the time she spent with me and my needs. Not just on one visit but the 3 visits I made to her center. Thanks BIBi!
