Fast efficient service. The doctor is fantastic and very knowledgeable and shared great health tips for me to care for eyes as with hereditary pending issues. The techs both time I visited were kind helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. Kudos to Rudy from Goshen and Alyssa for exemplary customer service with a smile. Acknowledged immediately, treated with kindness and compassion and made to feel like someone really cared. Thank you so very much.
I had went for my first time to walmart vision, everybody seemed friendly. But when I had got my eyes checked I have to get them dilated the doctor put over several times a bunch of drops in my eyes made it hard to see, when I got done getting my eyes checked and getting a pair of glasses it was for reading and the manager was saying she recommended colored lens for outside and etc so that’s what I got because she kept convincing me so we paid and left. Dr was great! He was clear on explaining everything making sure I understood everything,making sure I'm getting correct prescription and was patient with me. Everyone else was also very nice and clear on explaining everything. Now just gotta wait patiently for my new lenses.
I will never buy glasses there again!!!! 1 my pair after 3 months were so scratched up went back they put new lens in them 4 months later a gain scratch now 6 months they broke in half. They told me it was because of the heat In The Kitchen that made them do this.
Erica totally messed up my granddaughters glasses. Glad she is gone.
