Brittany and Frosty are awesome! I came in because a screw came out of my glasses and my extra pair was the wrong script. Brittany even put nose pieces on for me. Frosty was very educated on the extended warranty and sold me on it for future purchase. Brittany and Frosty were so friendly and helped with what I needed. They definitely know excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.

Really great experience! Brittany & Micki are awesome… quite helpful and patient The Lab mixed up my lenses and the ladies were so apologetic even though it was not their fault… I very much respect them for this. Everything works out in the end
