Adjusted my glasses so many times that when I went to try to adjust them they broke. I kept going in because the other place made the glasses wrong and they insisted that there was nothing wrong.
Bree has extremely poor customer service skills all she wanted to do is play on her phone when I was there. Rude and condescending to her fellow employees!
Very friendly and helpful staff. I broke my frame and they replaced it under warranty and also adjusted the new frame to fit as my old frame did. Thank you very much!!!
I thought it was time for a new pair of glasses so I stopped by there after work. Lady was nice and helpful and explained the options for the different kinds of lenses to me. They even had examples so I could see what they looked like. Happy with my experience and likely to come back in the future.
