My glasses broke and I was unable to fix them on my own so I walked in hoping for assistance and the man at the counter helped me right away. My glasses are now fixed and he didn’t charge me for the repair. Great job.

I was there at Walmart vision & glasses and the only one lady working Tuesday the 5th of May 2026 at around 4:00 pm fix my broken glass frame after working very hard with pliers and small screws. They were glasses I bought it at your store a year ago ,she fixed them and make like new again. Her name might be Katheryn?, and she did a wonderful job and very friendly.

Adjusted my glasses so many times that when I went to try to adjust them they broke. I kept going in because the other place made the glasses wrong and they insisted that there was nothing wrong.

Bree has extremely poor customer service skills all she wanted to do is play on her phone when I was there. Rude and condescending to her fellow employees!
