Absolutely THE worst customer service. Their Dr was really nice and thorough...however, their 'supervisor' has no customer service skills, is rude on the phone and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. After waiting TEN days to pick up my glasses, I called to find out if they had them yet only to be told they had tried to call me. Cant get prescription unless doctor is in office.
My grandparents are snowbird, I called and I spoke to an employee who was very helpful I told her what kind of lenses for my grandmother needed. And she and her team made it easy for my grandparents and stress free. I am grateful for the service that was given to my grandparents and given to me over the phone. Though I couldn't be there in person I know that my grandparents were well taken care of.
They completely lost my prescription so now I have to pay for another one.
Will not purchase glasses here again, so disappointed.
