I cannot thank Charlene and Dr. Balzer for their outstanding customer service I received. I was visiting town and my last contact had ripped in my eye. I was able to get 3/4 of it out, but I called and they got me in within 15 minutes to remove the remaining piece. Along with completing an eye exam since mine was expired. After completing the eye exam, I was able to get a set of contacts to get me through the rest of my trip. A huge thank you to both of them!! Their dedication and understanding did not go unnoticed.
If you go, expect a condescending attitude. Update: Their attitude has improved markedly.
Great service today. They repaired my glasses and adjusted them at no charge. Very pleasant experience.
Forgot my contacts at home in southern Michigan, Val helped me out in a pinch to get some trial pairs so I did not have to blindly pull the boat home….. She was extremely helpful and very friendly… Give that girl a raise!!!
The ladies there are absolutely wonderful. My toddler daughter was fighting every step of the process and was having a melt down. These amazing ladies went above and beyond to comfort her and help in every way possible to get the job done. Val even sat on the floor with us and calmed my daughter down with pictures of her horses and pets. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates kind, exceptional vision care.
