During my a quick visit, I noted that the optician was distracted by a personal visitor. I observed the optician making repeated, directed visual signals toward my direction, which I found to be unsettling and unprofessional.
Phew* receptionist on 4/3 at 3:45PM could certainly use a masterclass in professionalism. Imagine trying to ask someone to clarify something and just being confronted with unprofessional attitude. Just avoid if you can…yikes.
Real talk. Best optimitrist hands down. Would I return again? 100%
