Since I was there last year, things at this vision center has plummeted. Two years in a row they messed up my glasses and they had to be redone. I had a 11AM appointment for today. They canceled my appointment, because I did not confirm. Problem is they never called or texted. They agreed to do my exam putting me on standby, with no estimated time. This Wal-Mart Vision Center is amazing! The employees there are all professionals. They are knowledgeable and friendly, explaining all options available. Even though my insurance allows me to go anywhere I choose, stopping in at this location to inquire about lenses gave me the opportunity to experience their professionalism and knowledge. I came back for my yearly exam, purchased my prescription glasses, then purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses.
