Horrible service, bait and switch on billing. They tell you your insurance pays all and up sales everything, then bills you three months later. Just hands your glasses when picking up, no help adjusting, nothing..then when asked if they would help, lady's says they look good to me. Hard lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN!! PLUS CANT EVEN WEAR THE GLASSES BECAUSE THEY HURT MY FACE. Customer service is awful, billing is horrible. Stay away and go to a reputable eye doctors office. Would give 0 stars if possible.
UPDATE: I recently got my new glasses from the Walmart in Paris and I can finally see! Also, I can now see how bad the previous lenses are (6 months old) and it is all the scratch coat that's messed up! Shame on you Walmart-Martin for not standing behind your product! I had a fairly good experience with the eye doctor and the staff, so that's the 3 stars, from there it gets pretty bad. I went for my eye exam and Dr. Kimmer was good. I needed to save a little more money to purchase progressive lenses (expensive) for my existi... read more
When I was traveling through from out of town, my prescription sunglasses broke and they fixed them up with no delays . Nice and friendly staff.
