Ordered contacts in the store she told me I would get them in 3 days. Paid for them and went about my business. Well here we are a week later and I called to ask where they were and they sent me to some other person. So I called back and mind you it was 30 minutes before closing and I just talked to them and I got transfered to customer service and they told me the vision center was closed. 10 out of 10 would not recommend
My associate Mary @ the Chillicothe store....always goes above an beyond to get the best frames an lenses for my needs! She gets me a estimate b4 isee the doctor...so I know how much $$$$ I have! Awesome job
I tried calling 3 times already today. Never got an answer. Guess I have to go elsewhere for glasses now days. If walmart don't need the business. I sure don't need them either.
