I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here, with Diane specifically. She is the first and only person to help me find glasses that actually fit my face and feel comfortable. She has gone above and beyond helping me find the perfect glasses that not only fit but look great for my face shape! Dr. Steven Exted is amazing and Lisa Nordling is great but...recently I have experienced rudeness with the other opticians. They do not seem friendly or kind and don't act like professionals. Especially the manager!
Just brought my children here and absolutely love this place!! Dr. Steve is so kind and explains everything so well. And the ladies in the front are so helpful! Diane explained why certain glasses didn’t quite work, helping to ensure they fit properly not just in size, but on the nose. I have never had anyone at any other vision place help with that before. I highly recommend coming here for your vision needs!
