I went to the eye center at Walmart in Carroll for my new glasses. From the time she started helping me Becca was truly outstanding. She helped me pick out a couple frames. Was very patient when I was trying to decide. My glasses come back and they were hurting my nose so I called her and she said bring them over. She has helped me for about 45 minutes trying to get them to fit right. Becca is an amazing young lady that has great people skills, smiles a lot and makes you feel very welcome! Thank you Becca!
The ladies were very helpful and friendly I had my son with me and he wasn’t making things easy but Delaney was a sweetheart and kept him entertained…thank you!
Honestly & unfortunately I haven’t had the best experience at this Walmart Vision Center, for multiple reasons. But all that aside, the ladies at this location have been kind, professional, and have promptly remedied every issue I’ve encountered, and for that I’m rating this location 5-stars. Thank you all for resolving my issues and turning my not so great experiences into a great one.
