I will never return here ever again. Scam artists. There was always an excuse of why I had to pay out of pocket or why the price was different, each time. At first I thought nothing of it, until a family friend with the same insurance as me told me, I was no way supposed to even pay because I'm covered under my insurance. Dr Decker was so helpful, she made calls on my behalf and made sure my eye was healed. She really went above and beyond- great place!
I’m really upset with the way my appointment was handled at the Walmart Eye Center. I had scheduled an eye exam for my son’s sixth-grade physical, which he needs before school starts on August 15. The appointment was supposed to be on August 4 at 2:30 PM—I clearly remember writing it in my calendar right after booking. The day before the appointment, I received a call from a staff member at 3:16 PM, saying she was confirming the appointment for 11:00 AM, not 2:30 PM.
