I waited an hour to pickup my glasses , actually waiting here as I’m writing this comment. Hopefully they’ll let me get my glasses before they close … 😀😀😀😀
I’ve been with this location for years and always have had the best experience.
Hate to have to even give them a star just make a review but me and my wife went there and they ordered the wrong prescription and then had to go back to get the right one only for them to try and send a bill with the wrong prescription and was told to return and talk to the manager only for them to say the new manager doesn’t start until 3 weeks later. How do you manage a bunch of idiots without supervision terrible! Staff is rude older fat lady with glasses that takes 3 hours to get the wrong information into the system!!
At Walmart vision on Wednesday April 17. I WAS PATIENT from 6:15 to 6:34. Three other clients are also waiting. Jeanette Gonzalez is taking care of a client and is chatting away about personal memories, encounters and slowly pecking into her keyboard. It appeared that she muttered something to the people waiting, but did not make any eye contact or offer an "im sorry to keep you waiting." George was amazing! I was in a family emergency situation.. Dr. Gertz was out of town trying to enjoy vacation and George was able to contact her so I could receive an emergency pair of contact lenses! Can’t speak highly enough of George and Dr Gertz! Loyalty is hard to come by and both of them exemplify “loyalty” to its highest degree!
