Walmart Vision Center – Exceptional Service from Destinee Muns A few weeks ago, my glasses frame broke unexpectedly, and I wasn’t sure what to do. I stopped by the Walmart Vision Center—even though I didn’t originally purchase my frames there—and was lucky enough to be helped by Destinee Muns. I can not say enough good things about the girls at the vision center! They absolutely saved the day! I broke my glasses and called my regular doctor. They couldn't see me for several weeks and didn't seem to care that I had no glasses. I called Walmart vision center in a panic. She said come on in and let me see if I can help. Not only did she help, she put my lenses in a different frame and had me out the door in 20 minutes! FREE! I can see! Thank you so much for EXCELLENT SERVICE!
This is for the doctor appointment side. The nurses are so friendly and helpful, super professional and deserve a pay raise. Just the best folks. The doctor was straight to the point and personable, I really like that. The entire experience was 10/10, I got exactly what I went for and it only took twenty minutes. I can not praise everyone here enough! These are the professionals.
I didn't understand my insurance and one of the wonderful ladies (Debbie) sat down with me and showed me what it meant and helped me get exactly what I needed.
