Called and asked how much my daughter's eye exam was going to cost, since they won't run it through my health insurance, since I have a Wellness program, it should be 100% covered. Was told it was going to be $115.00, went in there to pay it, and they tell me its 195.00, I refused to pay the extra $80 since that's not what they told me her bill was, now they refuse to send my daughters prescription to her new eye doctor so have to pay for a whole new exam.
Went to get a spare pair of glasses found out my prescription has expired by 1 month it was for only 12 months nebraska allows 2yr prescriptions for eye care. I have until the end of the year to use up my allotted insurance balance to use it I will need to spend $150 for a new prescription that i don't need. I always get my eyes checked out every 2 years unless a issue occurs. 1st time I used walmart now I find out eye Dr. needs his cut of the pie every 12 months no exceptions!!
