If I could leave 0 stars for this place I sure would!! My son was charged 83.00 for a contact lens fitting and left without getting the contacts in his eyes, couldn’t get them in or out so I helped him when he got home put them in. He wore them for a couple hours before saying he couldn’t see anything. He was told they would call him back in about a week or two.. no calls no nothing. Excellent optometrist, terrible staff. Major miscommunication regarding my contacts, billing, and insurance. 7-10 days became three weeks.
They need to develop listening skills. If you tell them you need your glasses tightened, they don't do it and does things you didn't ask for.
Dr. Eric was very patient and understanding with our over active 5 year old. He took the time to ease my son’s fear of his first eye appointment, and was very knowledgeable and informative. 10/10 would recommend for any and all eye care needs.
Good ole Walmart Optical came through for me again! Jordan took my almost brand new Elton John glasses that Boo and I tried to destroy 🤓 and she found that I had purchased some kind of a warranty even after being asked, I said, "I don't think so". Now I get new lenses for free. What a joyful Walmart trip that was. Thank you.
