Avoid going to Anne Brunenavs OD in the Vision Center. She is rude and unprofessional and lacks in all customer service abilities. She wrote an incorrect prescription for me and after ordering glasses that didn’t work, I ended up going to Community Eyecare to get a second exam and a correct script. I went back to Walmart to speak to them, and see if I could get a refund since something was clearly off (I had my new script and the one that she did, clearly showing different values.) They treated me like I was the only person in the world. Everyone is so personable and friendly. So glad I chose to go here for my new glasses.
Scott is great! Very helpful and polite. With COVID-19, appointments are now required.
I want to thank Jerry at Walmart eye center for kindly dealing with my internal frustration of breaking off my lenses from my frames. Also adjusted them and cleaned off like brand new.
