I got new glasses here in July 2024 and the process was very easy and quick. Everyone was great, and the best part is even though they didn't take my insurance, my new pair ended up being cheaper than the ones I replaced even without insurance by about $200.
Avoid going to Anne Brunenavs OD in the Vision Center. She is rude and unprofessional and lacks in all customer service abilities. She wrote an incorrect prescription for me and after ordering glasses that didn’t work, I ended up going to Community Eyecare to get a second exam and a correct script. I went back to Walmart to speak to them, and see if I could get a refund since something was clearly off (I had my new script and the one that she did, clearly showing different values.)
