The female that answered the phone talked to me like I was 10 years old. So unprofessional.
Round 2 of the same service, woman talked to me on the phone like we were at a family fued cookout. Truly not professional at all. Stay away from here. Seriously! I've had good service in the past, but this last time was not a friendly transaction. Need to hire people who like their job and know how to deal with people. If you are there to buy eyeglasses good luck! I was nice about the situation this time but not the next time.
Terrible customer service. They left me on hold for over half an hour when I was trying to ask if I could schedule an eye exam
