Great customer service these ladies were great and my glasses were too!
Employers Bette and Rykesha are very nice. i enjoyed their company and their great customer service in helping with adjustments. Also, they gave me a friendly reminder, the next time i come back. i really appreciated it.
I order a pair of 160.Ray-Bans from this place . They tell me I can pick them up on the 6th. Called on the 6th. And they haven't received them yet but they have been shipped. So I call on the 7th and the lady tells me that they haven't received them . I say we'll I know they have been shipped and they should have been there by now. Could she check k on this for me. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experience... they don’t speak, acknowledge their customers and have the worse attitude. Example of tacky and unprofessional
