I noticed a problem with new lenses immediately and the woman in charge did everything she could to call me a liar. I came in 2 weeks later per the schedule and she still tried to blame me. The vision prescription was found at fault and the bifocal was set incorrectly yet she minimized my concern from day one. If your insurance allows you to go somewhere else, do!! Vermillion WM Vision Care is a joke. Stand your ground with this woman!! She will do anything to make sure it's not her fault.
Amazing service! Stopped in and made an appointment, didn't have to wait long. Day of the appointment there was no waiting time. I was seen right away and the Dr was very nice. The lady helped me pick the right pair of glasses, she was also very nice and answered any questions I had. Very professional.
