I'm so happy right now. I've been wearing glasses my entire life and always hated them. Putting in contacts has always been something until today I've never been able to do. I'm super appreciative of Janice, her unwavering patience and ability to create a pressure free atmosphere was absolutely essential for me to be able to succeed. I'd rate Janice 10 stars if I could.
I was in last week and the young lady helping my husband and I was absolutely wonderful. She had the best customer service we have experienced there! She was so friendly and helpful. Her name was Kristi. She was so caring and really took care of us. We will most definitely be back!!
Purchased prescription sunglasses two times in 2 years and the frames snapped right in half. The lenses are still good but Walmart refused to fix with new frame. Lenses can be used again and customer service was horrendous. They gave no options and were satisfied with shuffling me off the phone. This was at Roseburg OR!
Big shout out to Janice for making our experience fantastic. She had great customer service and was able to answer our questions and fix our glasses
Fast, friendly, and efficient service. Plus, it's very affordable. I've always had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center!
