I had an excellent experience here. My old eyeglass frames broke, and they no longer carried that exact style. Instead of just telling me they were unavailable, the staff took the time to help me find a new pair of frames that fit my lenses perfectly. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left with something that looked and felt great. My mother is 89 years old and fell. Because their eye doctor Dr. Yearego is no longer there, they will not honor his eye prescription again. Therefore I have to bring her in to get a new prescription. Which she just had her eyes checked last year with Dr. Yearego. Very inconvenient , costly and unsafe for her. All we wanted was a new lens for her glasses with the prescription she just got from him. Not a vision center I want to work with.
They're rude and don't accept Medicaid insurance so good luck being seen without 500 in your pocket ready to hand over.
