Shopping for and buying glasses at this vision center was a very pleasant experience for me! My tech was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and kind and patient with me! I was very pleased with the huge selection of glasses to choose from! I will continue to purchase eyewear from this vision center time after time!
I wanted a coach frame and needed to check my insurance which i know is available 24/7 online and the woman helping me told me she couldn’t access my insurance until they were open tomorrow. I’ve worked in optical for 17 years. I doubt she was telling the truth, also, she wouldn’t dot the lenses for my ocular center and record the measurements so I can call and order them bc she told me you can’t call and pay on the phone, it’s 2024 I swear even street vendors take call-ins for pay, how doesn’t Walmart? I haven't picked my glasses up yet, but the initial in store experience was wonderful. Very helpful, friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone.
