I've had a very difficult time getting my glasses adjusted properly and even gave up on one pair and got a new one. I went to several different people to get help. I'm sure part of it had to be the glasses themselves because I have not been used to wearing a plastic frame and thought maybe I would not be able to. I went to Walmart Vision and Jackie helped get them just right with a special adjustment. I am so thankful. I was able to get right in.
I worked here at this facility for 5 years as a dispensing optician and the staff working here are nothing but amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy and satisfied no matter what!
I just want folks to be aware that if you do business with the Walmart vision center, and you receive new glasses, please check the lenses very closely. Three times I had to get my lenses replaced because they came in scratched. One of the ladies working there brought my new lenses out, face down on her tray. I don’t care how “scratch resistant” they claim their lenses are, that kind of handling is going to scratch your lenses. I was not very happy with the customer service either. Everyone is knowledgeable & pleasant.
Stopped by to pickup glasses. The male bald staff member was too busy running his mouth to assist customers. Rest of staff was working. The poor woman staff member was doing her best to ignore the male bald staff member running his mouth while she was trying to work. It was busy and this employee thought it was better to goof off than do his job.Why is he still employed?
