Took my mother in law in for a new eye exam and for new frames. Dr. Langevin was amazing. Such a personable and educated man. As well as his staff. The staff in the frames department was also amazing! Tahkai was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well as the woman (I can’t remember her name . I think maybe Renee?) that helped her find her frames. Hands down a great experience!!
I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses at the vision center. Jackie helped me pick out my frames and was a HUGE help! She's so sweet and so good at her job! The last pair I purchased from another vision center did not give me the professional service like I got with Jackie. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at the vision center thanks to Jackie. She was incredibly kind, took her time with me, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I never felt rushed and felt like she genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice. This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had buying glasses. I can’t recommend her enough!
Jackie and Tahkai are awesome!!! They have helped me so much, listened and helped me find the right glasses and fixed them when i was clumsy!! I feel they are very professional and kind!! I will buy more glasses cause I feel comfortable coming back!! Thank you
I've had a very difficult time getting my glasses adjusted properly and even gave up on one pair and got a new one. I went to several different people to get help. I'm sure part of it had to be the glasses themselves because I have not been used to wearing a plastic frame and thought maybe I would not be able to. I went to Walmart Vision and Jackie helped get them just right with a special adjustment. I am so thankful. I was able to get right in.
