Tahkai was so helpful in helping me from start to finish! He helped us locate the right attractive frames, that fit me face, and than helped me get my Medicare discount, and got my prescription attached and glasses came back in less than a week. The Customer service was amazing. Kim and Jackie were so great and helping me get my glasses cleaned and adjusted everybody and anybody needs to go see the Walmart vision center located in Mountainhome, Arkansas.
Took my mother in law in for a new eye exam and for new frames. Dr. Langevin was amazing. Such a personable and educated man. As well as his staff. The staff in the frames department was also amazing! Tahkai was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well as the woman (I can’t remember her name . I think maybe Renee?) that helped her find her frames. Hands down a great experience!!
I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses at the vision center. Jackie helped me pick out my frames and was a HUGE help! She's so sweet and so good at her job! The last pair I purchased from another vision center did not give me the professional service like I got with Jackie. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at the vision center thanks to Jackie. She was incredibly kind, took her time with me, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I never felt rushed and felt like she genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice. This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had buying glasses. I can’t recommend her enough!
