Debbie needs to be reprimanded or let go. She is the rudest and most condescending person I have interacted with in a very long time. You ask a simple and valid question, and suddenly she treats you as if you have brain damage. Luckily I found firmoo.com and will be ordering all my glasses from them moving forward. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
Love the vision center, can't recommend the Dr. He got my prescription wrong. I went to my regular optometrist and got the prescription and the vision center got the lenses correct at no charge. Glasses are great
I usually only get glasses but my son is on a budget a this seemed to be the best price. Well you. Get what you pay for. As my son was leaving town when one of the contacts that he purchased the day of the exam got scratched or torn, unwearable. Went to get a replacement but the doctor wasn’t in. And because the doctor wasn’t in and he didn’t bother to give my son a contact prescription or put it in his chart he couldn’t get a replacement pair. Think twice before you visit this doctor.
After my exam he wrote a script for glasses that was worse than my old glasses. Called and asked if they could just write a script for what I already had. They said yes. WRONG!!!..They wanted to check my eyes again. WILL NOT GO BACK AND GOT NO SATISFACTION
