I'm traveling in the area and a lens popped out of my eyeglasses. I have half-frames so the lenses are held in place with a wire. I went to this Walmart and an employee, Melanie, went out of her way to help me. She didn't have the exact wire needed but found a substitute and got the lens back in place. Thank you Melanie! I wish I could return the favor!

We had to wait 90 minutes to be seen for a pickup. Which might be tolerable if they had a waiting area with chairs. They do not. There was only one employee to serve everyone and apparently they also expect that employee to perform other duties in the back of the store. On the positive side the prices are quite reasonable, there is an adequate selection of frames, and the fulfillment time is generally under a week.

Kristi was extremely patient and sweet while I tried on several frames. She was also knowledgeable and efficient, which got me out of there pretty swiftly.

Della and Mel are absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable talking to them, I didn't want to leave. Love their kindness and super personalities. I can't wait to pick up my glasses and visit with them again. I highly recommend going to see these ladies when you need new glasses.
