Hello 11 o'clock appointment Was there on time 🤔which left to stand on the other side Of the barrier as lots of people passed not a very safe environment for somebody with health issues🤔 I couldn't get my appointment because too many people was putting me at risk.Crowding in front of me as I stood there I would even give him a one Start but I had to to get this posted
I'm not sure of the name of the person whom helped me select my frames and lenses but they did an exceptional job! Throughout the process of selecting frames and then lenses they explained all of the available options and the differences in price which made it easier for me to make the selections. I have been been dealing with Walmart Optical in Bryan for my last few pairs of glasses and have never had an issue.
I bought my 10 year old glasses from there and we went about 3 times for a repair in 9 months for a repair or to adjust. The last time I was there I was pretty much told I was a bad parent because his glasses broke to much. I was told it was parent neglect..... and they weren’t fixing his glasses anymore! Won’t go back there again!
