The guy at the Baden pa Walmart Vision Center, is the most rudest ignorant person i have ever met. I watched him roll his eyes when patients come in and treat people so rotten. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BADEN VISION CENTER AGAIN!!!
Ting Liu is the O.D. there and I have nothing but great things to say. First I was seen on time Second she was thorough and actually found a better prescription to fit my needs. Third she didn’t try to up-sale me with anything. Fourth her knowledge and professionalism was above any place I’ve ever been too. I could keep going but I just want everyone to know I have no affiliation with anybody who works there. Overall the best experience I’ve had regarding optometry.
What’s the point of making an appointment here when I still waited an hour to be seen? Make sure you clear your entire afternoon.
I have been a patient at this location for six years and experience worst customer service ever!
