OUT OF ALL THESE YEARS THAT I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE (13 YEARS) I'VE ONLY DONE MY EYE EXAMS HERE. THEY ARE NOT RUDE AND MEAN ETC. I'VE LEARNED THAT WHEN THINGS DON'T GO HOW CUSTOMERS WANT IT TO THEY ARE READY TO RUN TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW. FROM THE ASSOCIATES TO THE DR. I'LL CHOOSE THEM EVERY TIME.
Do not have an optometrist on staff, as of Jan 2026 havent had one since August of 2025. Don't even waste your time as they apparently dont intend to place one here.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff there are very rude and unprofessional; there's no ethics whatsoever.
I'm in my 60's and the eye doctor is the best I ever went to! I'm seeing better than I ever have. The Walmart in Eatonton GA will be my familie's choice from now on.
My family & I have been coming here for the last two years and thankfully we have always had great service from the front ladies to the doctor, he is amazing very knowledgeable and actually cares for the patients. Quick service as well!! If any negative it would be the limited selection of frames therefore I give them 4 stars for now. I'm very particular about my frames but they are working on that as well.
