Got glasses here two years in a row, the Dr. ignores every symptom I tell her about and just pushes me into the same normal thing. Finally tried switching to contacts and even though they insist you come in to "learn" how to put them in, they didn't teach me a single thing about caring for them. I had to learn from Googling what I was doing wrong because this place never answers the phone. Now the first pair I got is already breaking down less than one week in. I had a wonderful experience today at the Walmart vision center. Spring was very polite and she made me laugh and she made me smile and help me pick out the best frames to fit my face. I would recommend Walmart vision center to anyone they’ve always been fantastic with my son and now me too of course.
I personally do not recommend this location. They do have a sign inside the vision center stating that this location has an independent optometrist. What I mean by that is that they don’t care since they are not part of Walmart. My experience here by the optometrist was absolutely the worst, she was not only rude but she did not care whatsoever about how she was treating her clients, also the staff lack carisma and friendliness. Will not be returning to this location. The selection on glasses was not very good did not have v... read more
